The racket plundering Zoka Central Forest has drawn in persons working for institution that are mandated to protect the Forest, we are noting with concern this publication by Daily Monitor newspaper of the National Forestry Authority official Mr. Jackson Ojambo who according to the report is involved in destructive activities in Zoka Central Forest,
We ask the mentioned authority herein to rein-in Ojambo and bring him to book, even before this report we got numerous complaints from locals of Ojambo’s involvement in illegal activities in the forest, this includes aiding and abetting illicit charcoal and logging activities.
The protection, conservation and management of natural resources can only be possible if people and institution in whose hands this resources are entrusted live by service vows and integrity they set out to uphold
